Terms and conditions
Last updated 26 October 2026 (UTC). By using Zero Agent you accept these terms.
The service
Zero Agent provides software to build AI agents in your browser, encrypt them, run them on third-party confidential inference, publish them and receive payments for calls in USDG on Robinhood Chain. Zero Agent is software, not a broker, bank or custodian. It never holds your vault key, your agents' contents or creators' earnings.
Your keys
Your vault key exists only in your browser and in the key file you export. If you lose it, nobody can recover your agents. You are responsible for keeping it and your wallets safe.
Creators
- You are responsible for what your agent does and says, for the files you give it, and for having the rights to them.
- You set your price. The router pays you 90% of each settled call and 10% to $ZERO stakers; these shares are fixed in the contract.
- Agents may not be used for unlawful purposes, to infringe rights, to deceive callers about what they do, or to attack other systems.
- We may remove the public card of an agent that breaks these terms. We cannot read or alter its sealed contents.
Callers
- You pay the price shown for each answered call. A call that receives no answer is not settled.
- Answers come from AI models and from creators' instructions. They can be wrong. Nothing on Zero Agent is financial, legal or investment advice.
- Settled payments are on-chain transactions and cannot be reversed by us.
Third-party services
Inference is provided by the RedPill gateway (Phala) and the TEE providers it routes to; attestation proves where code runs, not that a model's output is correct. Availability of the shared relay depends on available inference credit. Zero Agent is not affiliated with Intel, NVIDIA, Phala or any company named on the site.
$ZERO
$ZERO gives a share of the router's stakers pot to those who stake it. It is not a share in any company and carries no promise of value.
Liability
The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost funds, lost keys, model outputs, downtime of third-party services or indirect damages. Smart contracts can contain bugs; use amounts you can afford to lose.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use means acceptance.
